West Garden 18
The apartment is located in the contemporary residential complex WEST GARDEN — a district where the dense urban fabric meets quiet courtyards and generous green spaces. The development is distinguished by its thoughtful infrastructure, the privacy of its enclosed quarters, and the atmosphere of a calm, almost boutique community.

concept
The layout is built around clean lines and natural spatial logic. We divided the apartment into two vectors: the open public area and the quiet private zone.
One of the key features of the project is the built-in storage wall that greets you at the entrance and guides you toward the kitchen-living area. Its soft radius smooths the turn and makes the space flow naturally, while the concealed doors and push-open fronts allow it to read as a single, continuous plane. This turns the entry zone into part of the main volume rather than a corridor.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area are united into one bright space. To preserve the sense of air and openness, the kitchen is designed as a suspended structure with concealed appliances and a floating lower block — visually freeing the floorline. The dining area by the window forms its own intimate, circular moment, while the sofa area becomes the central compositional anchor.
The bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and separated by a mirrored sliding door.
The wardrobe sits to the right inside the bedroom and is enclosed with a glass partition — keeping all functions in place without introducing visual clutter.
The bathroom continues the marble story of the kitchen, extending the material logic across the home. The laundry and storage area is hidden deep within the built-in block, maintaining visual quietness.
DESIGN
The interior is built on a combination of natural materials, a soft palette, and integrated volumes that define the architecture of the apartment. All cabinetry was custom-designed and manufactured by Hard Massive. The furnishing and accessories were curated together with DeCode. Chairs — bebitalia; furniture pieces — Poltrona Frau, 101cph, Moroso.
Lighting includes: Panzeri — above the dining table; Marset — wall sconces in the kitchen and bedroom; Flos — floor lamp in the living room and fixtures in the corridor; Brokis — bedside lamp. In the bedroom, the interior becomes more tactile: a wooden bedside table, a metal shelf, and a calm palette. In the bathroom, fixtures by Gessi continue the clean, graphic aesthetic.
The result is a cohesive, quiet, and genuinely livable interior — just the atmosphere the client envisioned.
